Sellers/Landlords are able to dictate on how much they want to spend to advertise by choosing how many leads they want to receive. Sellers and Renters are able to analyze and track how effective their listing is.
Buyers and Rentees are able to browse all real estate available in Canada - absolutely FREE! They also have the convenience of having the Seller or Renter contact them when they find a property of interest. Text4Homes.com is an effective and efficient tool to buying or renting a real estate in Canada.
Text4Homes.com is created in real time. All listings are live and any changes made are updated immediately. There are no delay times in posting your listing.
Why search for Buyers or Renters? Let them find YOU!
When a Buyer or Rentee is interested in your property, they proceed to an area on the listing where they are required to enter in their contact information - this is what we call a "lead". When a lead is generated from your listing, it is sent directly from the site and delivered to your cell phone in the form of a text message. This message will contain the Buyer's/Rentee's first name, contact number and the property that their interested in. All you have to do is call them back to discuss further details.
For every lead that you receive, a charge of $3.00 will be billed directly onto your cell phone bill. It will show up as a premium message. No other text message charges will be billed from your carrier/provider.
Alert Functionality Tool: Let your dream home find you!
This feature is another enhancement that has been integrated into the Text4homes.com program. Buyers and Rentees can enter in the exact characteristics of a property that they are after, even items such as amenities, goods included, etc. When a property that matches their request is loaded into our system, the Buyer or Rentee will be notified immediately about the results. The Buyer or Rentee will then accept the results, through their cell phone, and the Seller or Renter will be notified about an interest in their listing and will be prompt to contact the Buyer or Rentee. This feature will help to reduce the search time required to find the right property.
What security features does Text4Homes.com have in place to protect the Seller/Renter from fraudulent leads?
Quality Leads
The information that the Buyer's/Renter's enters in to establish contact with the Seller must be complete and valid. The system will not accept empty fields or telephone numbers that do not contain 10 digits. The Buyer's/Renter's are in the market for your specific property and would not initiate contact for the purpose of not receiving a call back. The Buyer's/Renter's must be contacted back from the Seller/Renter by the form of a phone call. Buyer's/Renter's will not be replied to by email after the initial contact.
5 Lead Confirmation
One of the security features that have been implemented by Text4Homes.com and the network carriers is a 5 lead confirmation. When you have received 5 leads on your cell phone, you have reached the system default limit. To continue our service you must reply back to that text message or text message to 27368 the word "YES". Once you have done this, you account will then continue with service until it reaches the next 5 lead limit. If you want to stop the service then just reply to that text message or text message to 27368 with the word "STOP". This will deactivate your account and remove your listing until you reactivate it again through the Text4Homes.com site.
Tampering or Fraudulent Leads Sent
If there are fraudulent leads being sent our or tampering with the system, our networks can determine exactly where the tampering originates from and take proper course of action to resolve that from happening again.
How does the entire program work?
If you are a selling or renting your property, you need to setup an account.
Steps:
- Click the List a property for Sale/Rent tab to setup an account
- Follow the instructions and enter in your information. Make sure when you are filling out your cell number and carrier that it is the proper information, this is very important.
- Once you have filled out all your information, you will arrive at the validation code screen. The system will have sent you a validation code in a form of a text message which is delivered to your cell phone. The code delivered is the code that you need to enter into the area requesting the validation code. Once it is entered in, your account is now active!
- Proceed to your main menu where you can choose the option to load properties.
